When you ask to share your story: whatever you choose to tell us in our contact form.
When you email us: your email address and what you write.
When you visit: like most websites, ours records basic technical details such as your browser, device, the pages you view and your approximate location, and uses cookies to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
To email you when a new episode comes out, if you asked us to.
To reply to you and to talk with you about being a guest.
To understand how the site is used and keep it running.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Services we rely on
We use a few outside services to run the site, and each one handles information under its own privacy policy.
Wix hosts this website and stores our email signup list.
Tally hosts the contact form you use to share your story.
Spotify and YouTube host our episodes. When you play an episode or follow a link to them, they may collect information about you.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us.
You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
How long we keep it
We keep your signup details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep messages for as long as we need them to reply and to keep a record of our conversation.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
